The olive green glaze around the neck is so good against the blue, and then there’s that soft earthy red-brown band around the base which grounds the whole piece beautifully.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI love how painterly it is. Nothing feels too neat or overworked, but every mark feels deliberate, and the colours have that slightly faded, earthy quality I always look for in studio pottery. The rounded form and gently flared rim make it such a satisfying shape too - perfect as a vase, utensil pot, or planter. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere is a small round potter’s seal impressed near the base on one side.
