A piece that feels like it belongs in a sun-drenched kitchen in the French countryside. This antique glazed porcelain plate was made by the iconic Faïencerie de Gien in the 1920s–30s and features a hand-sponged pear motif framed by graphic blue lattice panels. A perfect balance of folk charm and crisp, classic design.

Its gentle crazing and soft patina are marks of age and use, whispering stories of tables laid long ago. Perfect for slow weekend breakfasts, croissants and jam, or simply to display on the wall or shelf when not in use.

Stamped to the base with the De Gien mark.
