An exquisite antique solid brass jardinière in a classic Art Nouveau style, richly adorned with flowing organic forms, botanical motifs, and a striking central female figure framed by flowers. The elegant, fluid lines and highly decorative relief make this a showstopping piece, perfect for displaying flowers, foliage, or simply as a sculptural object in its own right.
Dating from around 1890 to 1910, this piece was likely made in continental Europe, possibly France or Belgium—centres of Art Nouveau design during that time. The solid cast brass construction and intricate detailing are beautifully typical of the era.
With its ornate twin handles and elevated feet, it would sit beautifully on a sideboard, mantelpiece or windowsill—bringing a touch of romance and old-world charm to any space.
