Antique Brass Scalloped Chamberstick - c.1890s

A beautifully aged late Victorian brass chamberstick featuring a softly scalloped edge and beautiful looped handle. The base is stamped with the British Registered Design number RD No. 282456, dating this lovely piece to the 1890s.

Full of character, with a warm, timeworn patina and gentle signs of use that add to its charm. The scalloped rim catches the light beautifully, it has a little hook where its snuffer would have been (snuffer not included). 

A timeless piece for slow evenings, bedside tables, or mantle displays, both functional and deeply nostalgic.
