Antique Edwardian Villeroy & Boch Large Peaches Serving Tray

An absolutely stunning serving tray, made in Germany by Villeroy & Boch. The back stamp dates from 1874-1909 and the aesthetic is consistent with items made during the Edwardian period so we believe this tray was made in the early 1900s. 

The tray features a beautiful glazed ceramic tile with a hand-painted design of a peach tree with beautiful peaches ready for harvest. The tile is framed within a beautiful handmade wooden frame and it features two solid brass handles for carrying. It would make a fantastic statement piece for a dining table or could even be display on or against a wall.

Vintage condition: in stunning condition, with no chips or cracks to the ceramic. There are signs of age to the wooden frame and the brass handles have some lovely natural patina.
