Antique Victorian Polished Basalt Rope Handled Jug

An incredible 19th century polished basalt jug in a mocha colour with a beautiful embossed white reeds design and a gorgeous roped handle.  

This is such a beautiful piece and perfect ad a vase for dried flowers or to have on display on its own!

Vintage condition: in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Some minor crazing to the body and base.
