Painting Shown To The Children by Lawrence Wilson, published by T. C. & E. Jack Ltd. No date. Gift note in pen on the first page notes 1932, we believe this book was published between 1920-1932.

A gorgeous hardback pocket book to teach children about art, the writer wrote it for his godson and calls it the A.B.C for art in the preface. Beautiful colour plates throughout from artists such as Botticelli, Holbein & Leonardo Da Vinci. 

Vintage condition: in great condition for its age, some discolouration to the pages and a gift note in pen on one of the inner pages. The cover is in excellent condition.
