Rare Antique Borwick’s Cookery Book, Fifteenth Edition

Borwick’s Cookery Book, 15th edition, published by George Borwick & Sons, London. This fabulous cookery book details a myriad of recipes featuring George Borwick & Sons own iconic baking powder. The 4th page includes an inscription by Catherine Windsor who wrote an extract in the book. The inscription is dated 1920 and Windsor was a cookery teacher at The School of Cookery, Croydon, Surrey. This book is a rare copy with it being one of the earlier editions. This book is a wonderful piece of history and is perfect for those who love to cook!
