The National and Tate Galleries, R.N.D Wilson, First Edition, c.1940s

A beautiful art book by R.N.D Wilson published circa the 1940s by Thomas Nelson and Sons Ltd. (the book is not dated on the inside). It depicts 100 colour plates of artworks displayed in the National & Tate Galleries, accompanied by information on the artists and critique on the artworks. A cloth board cover with gold gilt details and a beautiful illustration of a flower. This would make a beautiful coffee table book or gift for an artist. 

Vintage condition: in good condition, some minor signs of wear to the cover and some of the inner pages. Writing in pen on the inside page.
