Vintage Blue & Cream Slipware Bowl, Small Studio Pottery Dish

Oh this one is just perfect! A beautiful little slipware bowl in the softest creamy tones, washed with a soft blue drip glaze. The glaze has that lovely, organic movement, almost like rain running down a window or the sea meeting the shore, with delicate drips gathered around the rim that make it feel so tactile. 

It’s one of those pieces that fits effortlessly into everyday life. Perfect filled with berries in the morning, a handful of olives or nuts in the evening, or even used as a little candle bowl. It would also sit so beautifully on a shelf or within a tablescape, adding that quiet, handmade charm that makes a space feel warm and charming. 

The base is left unglazed in a rich terracotta tone and it’s signed to the underside, though I haven’t been able to identify the potter.
