Vintage French Enamel Chamberstick - Blue Marbled with Navy Rim

I have such a soft spot for old French enamelware, and these chambersticks are some of my favourites to find. There’s something so comforting about them, humble little everyday objects that once lit someone’s way to bed, now ready to bring a warm glow to a corner of your home.

This one is especially lovely, with a soft white base scattered with delicate blue marbling and finished with a deep navy rim. The shape is beautifully simple: a wide saucer to catch the wax, a gently flared candle cup, and a small curved handle that feels just right in the hand. The enamel has the kind of age I always look for, little freckles, soft wear, and hints of its life before.

I love styling these on a bedside table, tucked on a shelf with books, on the coffee table or as part of a cosy evening table setting. They’re perfect with a beeswax candle and even better with the lights low.

Condition: Vintage condition with the gentle patina and enamel wear expected of well-loved French enamel pieces. Sturdy and ready to use.
