Vintage French Enamel Chamberstick - Two-Tone Blue & White

I have such a soft spot for old French enamelware, and these chambersticks are some of my favourites to find. There’s something so comforting about them, humble little everyday objects that once lit someone’s way to bed, now ready to bring a warm glow to a corner of your home.

This one is so striking, with a beautiful two-tone enamel: bright blue on the inside, softly faded white on the outside. The colour gradient inside the saucer moves from deep blue to a gentle pale tone, giving it a really atmospheric, almost hand-dyed look. The curled handle and candle cup keep the shape classic, while the colours make it feel fresh and full of character. There’s light wear around the rim and handle, adding that lovely lived-in French farmhouse patina.
