Vintage German Studio Pottery Slipware Chamberstick

Sourced on my Berlin trip in May, this beautiful chamberstick was discovered in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, a neighbourhood full of hidden treasures and artistic spirit. Handmade in Germany, it is finished in the most striking deep cobalt glaze. The slipware design is delicately hand-decorated with white polka dots and stylised floral motifs, giving it a timeless folk-art charm.

This piece is both functional and decorative, the handle and wide drip tray make it perfect for carrying a candle through the house, while its bold blue glaze and playful detailing bring warmth and character to any table, mantle, or bedside. A true treasure that feels just as at home in everyday use as it does styled as a statement piece.
