This is such a gorgeous little thing - a beautifully hand-carved vintage wooden folk art cow, full of those tiny irregular details that make handmade pieces so special.

She’s been carved from warm-toned wood and handpainted with deep black patches, with the sweetest little face. 

She’s a really lovely piece of vintage folk art, with the grain of the wood, tool marks and slightly uneven painted decoration all left visible. I especially love her little face and the way every angle shows something different.

A beautiful, characterful piece of hand-carved folk art and such a joyful thing to have sitting on a shelf.
