Vintage Kentmere Studio Pottery Floral Bud Vase by Gordon Fox

A beautiful vintage studio pottery bud vase by Gordon Fox of Kentmere Pottery, with the loveliest warm, earthy decoration.

Finished in a soft creamy glaze with a rich terracotta band around the centre, the vase is decorated with simple impressed flowers and delicate geometric detailing. I love the contrast between the smooth glazed neck and the more rustic, textural middle, it gives the piece such a wonderfully handmade feel.

A really lovely little vase for dried stems or a few garden flowers, and equally beautiful simply displayed amongst a collection of favourite studio pottery.
