Vintage Orkney Pottery Chamberstick, Scalloped Edge & Sea Blue Glaze

This absolutely beautiful vintage studio pottery chamberstick was handcrafted in Orkney and features a richly textured glaze in seafoam blue and soft speckled white. The dish has a gently fluted, scalloped edge, lending it a delicate, almost shell-like quality, while the thumb rest is stamped with a subtle abstract Celtic design. 

Perfectly sized for a single taper candle, it brings a soft, coastal warmth to any space, whether used for slow evening rituals or styled simply on a bedside table or shelf. The raw terracotta base is impressed with “ORKNEY”, confirming its origin and adding to its handmade character.

A timeless, functional piece of studio pottery from the Scottish isles, both collectible and utterly lovely.
