Vintage “Pilot Match” Box - Bryant & May, British Made

A beautifully preserved vintage Pilot Match box, made by Bryant & May, British Made. Featuring a striking red, white, and blue maritime design with a ship’s pilot at the helm on both sides, a perfect example of mid-century graphic packaging.

The box is in exceptional condition for its age, with crisp edges, vibrant colour, and minimal wear. The striker plate was worn from use, so a new one has been carefully added to ensure it’s fully functional once again. Refilled by hand with fresh matches and ready to use or display.

A charming piece of design history,  ideal for styling on a desk, coffee table, or beside a candle.

Each matchbox is refilled with fresh matches by us and wrapped in paper and twine and sent in eco-friendly padded packaging.
