Vintage Solid Brass Festive Wreath Wall Sconce

This beautiful solid brass wall sconce stopped me in my tracks the moment I found it. The detailing is just gorgeous, a ribbon tied neatly at the top, clusters of berries, and softly textured leaves forming a wreath around the candle. When lit, the brass takes on the loveliest warm glow, casting that gentle, flickering light that makes a home feel instantly calmer and more lived-in.

It has a real charm, the kind of piece you might imagine hanging in a cottage hallway or beside a stone fireplace. Although it has a festive nod, I love that it isn’t overtly Christmassy; it’s beautiful all year round, especially styled with a natural beeswax taper.

The brass has aged naturally over time, giving it a soft patina with little signs of wear that only make it better. Hung beside a mirror, it doubles the glow and feels incredibly cosy in the evening.
