Vintage Solid Brass Welsh Love Spoon

A beautifully charming solid brass Welsh love spoon, full of symbolism and story, just how we love them at Hiraeth Vintage. This one is especially sweet, featuring three traditional motifs: a bell for celebration and joy, a horseshoe for luck and protection, and a keyhole symbolising hearth, home, and the keeping of one’s heart.

Its detailing is lovely throughout, with that softly rounded spoon bowl and decorative pierced handle that catches the light so beautifully. We’ve added a length of handmade cream silk ribbon so it can hang on the wall, perfect for adding a warm little shimmer to a kitchen nook or cosy corner. Equally a beautiful and meaningful gift.
