A beautiful little piece of British studio pottery by Richard Champion of Yeo Vale Pottery, Devon. Thrown in a classic rounded bottle form and finished in a soft speckled stoneware glaze, this charming bud vase is decorated with a loose hand-painted cobalt blue brushstroke that winds gently across the surface, giving it a wonderfully organic feel.

Small in scale but full of character, it is perfectly suited to a few garden cuttings, dried flowers, seed heads or a single stem gathered on a countryside walk.
