Vintage St Agnes Studio Pottery Vase by John Vasey

A beautifully understated and stylish piece, this vase is decorated with a gorgeous muted bluey-green hue and blue speckles, abstract geometric line work punctuated with small flowers and three cockle shells. All of the beauty lies in the small, intricate details on and the carefully considered glaze colour on this piece of ceramic. It was handmade in St Agnes pottery circa the 1970s, St Agnes pottery was bought and ran by self taught ceramicist John Vasey, pieces from this pottery are incredibly sought after and collectible.
