Vintage Studio Pottery Bud Vase, Green Glaze with Textured Band, Stamped

Oh this one is special! the kind of piece that feels quietly confident, full of character without ever needing to shout.

A beautiful vintage studio pottery vessel with a wonderfully balanced, softly rounded form, a gentle shoulder and a neat, slightly flared rim. It’s one of those pieces that just sits so comfortably in a space, simple, grounding and thoughtfully made.

The glaze is just stunning, a rich, layered green with deep mossy tones and darker inky pooling, shifting subtly in the light. Running around the middle is a hand-worked textured band, almost like a woven or carved detail, adding contrast and a lovely tactile quality against the smooth glaze.

Stamped to the base with an incised monogram, which I think reads ‘CP’.

Perfect as a small vase for a few seasonal stems, or simply styled on a shelf where the glaze and texture can be appreciated throughout the day.
