Vintage Studio Pottery Olive Green Abstract Handled Pot

Such a gorgeous piece of vintage studio pottery, with a wonderfully earthy olive green glaze.

The deep mossy glaze is decorated with a row of hand-painted inky circles, with simple little handles tucked into either side. I love the slight irregularities in the shape and glaze, it has that unmistakable handmade quality where you can really feel the hand of the potter.

There’s something about the combination of olive green and those loose abstract markings that feels wonderfully organic, almost like pebbles, ripples or little pools of water.

A beautiful substantial piece to use as a planter, perfect filled with dried flowers, or collected beach treasures.
