Vintage Studio Pottery Speckled Three-Tone Jug

A beautiful vintage studio pottery jug with the most lovely earthy three tone glaze. Soft olive and brown speckling runs into a warm rusty band above the natural stoneware base, giving it such a wonderfully organic feel. 

Hand-thrown with a generous rounded form, sweeping handle and softly pulled spout, it has all the character you want from a piece of studio pottery. Lovely used as a jug, but equally beautiful filled with dried stems or simply sitting on a shelf as it is, one of those pieces that brings a bit of quiet texture and warmth to a room.
