Established in 1981, Anvil Pottery is known for its traditional hand-thrown stoneware and earthenware, created with a focus on functional beauty and timeless craft. Every piece is thrown on the wheel using classic methods and finished with the earthy, tactile glazes that have become their signature.

This particular piece is something truly special - a pierced stoneware bowl with a matching lid, decorated with a flowing sgraffito oak leaf motif in soft, misty blue tones. The carved cut-outs cast the most beautiful shadows, and the layered glazes give it a gentle, woodland feel.
